The Academy is a unique gym which offers a different variety of classes to improve fitness, strength, endurance, self esteem, confidence and body awareness.

Hill Sports Academy high performance centre utilises CrossFit Methodology and different Martial arts to develop high functional movements.

Each class is scaled to an individual’s level with the emphasis on self improvement and enjoyment.
